Cancellation Policy

1. When can I cancel my order?

You may cancel your order at any time before it is shipped (dispatched), provided the order is still in the processing or packing stage.

Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is not allowed. In such cases, you may request a return after delivery in accordance with our Return Policy.

2. How can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order using any of the following methods:

• By contacting our Customer Support via Email

Please mention your Order ID and registered email or mobile number for faster processing.

3. Cancellation Time Limit

• Orders should be cancelled as early as possible, preferably within 1–2 hours of placing the order.
• If the order has already moved to packing or shipping stage, cancellation may not be possible.

Note: Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You must follow the return process after delivery.

4. Refund Policy

If your order is successfully cancelled before shipment, a refund will be initiated as follows:

• UPI / Debit Card / Credit Card / Net Banking / Wallet: Refund will be credited to the original payment method.
• Cash on Delivery (COD): Refund will be processed via bank transfer or UPI after confirmation.

Refund Processing Time:
Refunds are usually processed within 5–7 working days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
