Return & Refund Policy


1. Return Eligibility

We offer returns on most products within 7 days of delivery, provided that the item:

  • Is unused, unwashed, and in original condition
  • Has original packaging, tags, and accessories intact
  • Is not damaged due to misuse or mishandling

Certain products may not be eligible for return due to hygiene or other reasons. Such exclusions will be clearly mentioned on the product page.


2. Items Not Eligible for Return

The following items are non-returnable, unless received in a damaged or defective condition:

  • Customized or personalized products
  • Items marked as “Non-Returnable” on the product page
  • Products damaged due to customer misuse
  • Items returned without original packaging or accessories

3. How to Request a Return

You can request a return using any of the following methods:

  • Through the “My Orders” section on our website
  • By contacting our Customer Support via Email

Please provide your Order ID, reason for return, and supporting images (if required) for faster processing.


4. Return Pickup & Shipping

  • If the return is approved, a pickup will be arranged from your delivery address (where serviceable).
  • In certain cases, customers may be required to self-ship the product to our return address. Shipping instructions will be shared by our support team.

5. Refund Policy

Once the returned product is received and inspected, refunds will be initiated as follows:

  • UPI / Debit Card / Credit Card / Net Banking / Wallet: Refunded to the original payment method
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Refunded via bank transfer or UPI after confirmation

Refund Processing Time:
Refunds are usually processed within 5–7 working days after successful quality inspection.

7. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Product

If you receive a product that is:

  • Damaged

  • Different from what was ordered

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear images or videos.
After verification, we will arrange a replacement or full refund, as applicable.


8. Replacement Policy

  • Replacements are subject to product availability
  • If a replacement is not available, a full refund will be issued
